Good hotel with a nice restaurant and wonderful staff

One of my business associates arranged this hotel for me. The owner is really great and accommodating and so is the staff. The food at the restaurant is good and very affordable. The wifi works pretty good, but it works better in the Terraza area. There is a very nice girl I saw working there, when I saw her she was wearing a jacket with a big H on it, she was very kind and pretty. I liked this hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, but everything else makes up for this. All the staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you and if I visit again, I look forward to staying here!

Good hotel and stay

The hotel has a good location, quite good, centrally located!! is in front of the Tomas Heres Airport. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor which is the renovated one (much better), the space and distribution was good, clean, neat, hot water, clean towels, combining old and new elements but in the end a good room. The air conditioning console was very noisy. Nice food at the restaurant and excellent WiFi there alas the room wifi was awful, couldn't get to connect my laptop anyway just the mobile. The only terrible thing was that the hotel does not include the breakfast so I had to look myself for other options.

For what you get for the price you pay
FIVE STARS
Walk over the road and you are in the airport. The hotel has secure parking - I left the car here while I "did" Angel Falls - no grief.
I took the cheapest room (20% discount as the tour agent from the airport came over and organised it) but unnecessary as I had black market Bolvars at 540 to the us$ so that will be a total of 10us$ for 2 nights and parking in between (Inc air con fridge TV and nice clean room with loo roll and hot shower) - bargain.
Restaurant - perfectly adequate - keep away from the beef. But again using black market currency the price is a pittance and you get white tablecloths and wine glasses.

Good hotel, great restaurant

The hotel is very close to the airport: excellent place to stay if you're flying out. The rooms are quite spacious; it's on the street so the AC noise drowns out any street din. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant; the latter serves different fish dishes from the Orinoco.Wifi works best in the lobby/bar but not in the rooms.

Tour of Venezuela

Stayed here for 1 night in a good location next to the airport. Staff quite helpful but the noise of the air conditioning was too loud and had to switch it off. Has a quite a nice bar and restaurant. Rooms quite clean as well.
