Good location. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean good size. Breakfast is limited. Will be nice to have cereal & yogurt. Overall a good stay & reasonable price.

The owner or the decoration team has a very good taste of art. The hotel is well decored with paintings, flower, lamps and plants. It seems to be a new hotel, as they were adding more and more decor to the lobby and the room. In general the hotel is very nice, the room is big and bright, the staffs were doing all they could to make my stay comfortable. Would stay again if coming to Bac ninh again

我是在临近出发的日子才预订这家酒店的，因为临时有出差安排。这里的服务和房间比我预期的要好很多。房间每天都会打扫并补充用品，甚至在我没有提出要求的情况下，他们也会更换被套和枕套。前台的男员工还帮我找回了落在出租车上的行李。员工的素质确实提升了我在这里的整体体验。

这次入住的体验非常不错！房间干净整洁，布置得很温馨，设施齐全，住起来非常舒服。每天打扫得很认真，床铺柔软，睡眠质量很好。
服务也特别好，工作人员都很热情、有礼貌，遇到问题他们都会耐心帮忙解决，让人感到宾至如归。不管是入住还是退房，整个过程都非常顺利。
