I booked a king bed room with city view, but when I arrived, I was given another room type. I paid in advance and the hotel has no right to change it.

Perfect hotel, Perfect location

ur business one month stay at Bacninh Charming Hotel was truly an awesome experience. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We felt we was at home.
It is really an amazing place in all respects.
This is one of my favorite hotel in Bacninh, Very good room highly comfortable and good facilities. Staff are excellent throughout the hotel, very friendly and very well trained to take care of your needs.
Could not have chosen a better hotel. We were extremely happy with our stay. Breakfast was the best on my trip. Food variety and quality is exceptional, delicious. Peferct stay, would definitley come back. Value for money.
Great staff, great facility....enjoyed our stay!
