clean and helpful

I spent 2 night in hotel. I think It is a good pleace to stay. It located in center . You can walk to around and buy anything in Sence mall near the hotel. Receptionist helpful and polite . I enjoyed a happy trip when travel in Ca Mau and stayed in Dong Anh hotel !

I won't stay here again

Not totally impressed. The room was small for what they claimed was one of their luxury high class rooms. The air conditioner squeaked all night which wasn't a big thing before going to sleep but got really annoying after awhile. The fridge was really loud so I unplugged it.
Just too many little things for it to be enjoyable.
I booked the hotel room online through booking dot com for a price less than what I was charged. Really pissed off at this. I had the email and I showed it to them. The response was a typical "mistake" ie: we don't take responsibility.
The owner/manager was tempremental. I can have back problems sometimes so I asked for two extra covers (what they try to pass off as comforters). I fold these over and lay them on top of each other for extra padding. Their response was they'd give me one but the second they'd charge me for. So, I opted for just one and the one was a small piece of thin cover not a cover like the one on the bed.
I think if the service had been better and the excuses less i would have a different opinion of this hotel.

Clean, great location

Despite the lack of a swiming pool which I normally dont use, the hotel offer great hospitality and a nice bang for the buck. Clean and new facilities, located at the center of the city and friendly staffs.

Good central location

I spent two nights at the hotel whilst conduction historical research. The hotel was very clean and had nice facilities. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is in the centre and easy to walk to the shops, restaurants. Lots of interesting places to visit in the area, the floating markets, overland journey down the Mekong Delta.
