I was a little disappointed in our stay here. Much more basic than the pictures depicted. Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Plugs for electronics in weird awkward spots. Air conditioner was filthy and my husband had to clean it. Very noisy- a lot of the rooms close to the busy road (but Vietnam tends to quiet down after 10pm so no issues sleeping). Nice and close to the heart of Hoi An for a reasonable price- I would have paid a little more for something a little nicer had I known the pictures don’t really show the true nature of the hotel. But it’s a fine enough place to stay for a few nights.

The staff was friendly. The condition of the accommodations matches the price. Basic, not very comfortable beds. However, other reviews have stated that the AC did not work or they had problems with the water, but we did not have those issues. Overall a fine stay and location very close to historic quarter, but not particularly impressive or outstanding.

Rooms were very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy the Hoi An market etc. we had a very nice balcony and the hotel was quite quiet considering how busy the area was.
Bed was a little too firm but bedding was good.
