PROS:
*Beautiful pool and lovely pool staff who are so helpful.
*lovely customer service everywhere.
*Highlight was the two little convenience stores to purchases snacks and alcohol.
*Nice big balcony with chairs
*Amazing Moijtos
CONS:
*Definitely not 5* as we came from Naman and The Sheraton which are true 5* hotels. Is fine though for a new nights and cheaper.
*Damp smell in the room and coridors
*Loud Aircon we couldn't use as kept thumping all night so we had to sleep with the door open and this was noisy having a baby.
*Korean BBQ was soooo expensive and uncomfortable. They have ladies waiting outside and they all walk you in and then you get inside there I was like 9 more people waiting and no customers. They all stare at you. We left due to the outrageous price but also just uncomfortable.
*Cash deposit required at check in.
We would not stay here again and wish we had just stayed at the Sheraton but the staff are lovely and it's not the worst place I have stayed ever to be fair.

Much to love about this hotel, beautiful pool area leading to the beach. But we were hit with a $400AUD charge at check in for our son, even though we had booked (and paid for) a room for 2 adults and 2 children. They charged us for an extra bed and an adult breakfast because he is 12. Even though we didn’t need the extra bed. That soured our experience. Buffet breakfast has lots of choice but the food is mostly cold. There is nothing around the hotel, you have to get a grab to find restaurants and shops. Tv worked intermittently and only had a few channels in English. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the view from the ocean view room was amazing.

The staff barely spoke a word of English. We tried communicating with them in English and Mandarin but it was truly a challenge.

It was a very nice 3 nights staying at Crowne Plaza.
The only thing is the cleaning staff on the 7th floor Block2 are not very professional. I think because of the language barrier.
Otherwise, most of the staff speaks a bit of English and Chinese. That helps a lot.
Especially thanks to the staff at the poolside bar. They are very good. The pools are gorgeous. The beach is clean. We enjoyed being out early in the morning watching Sunrise and in the afternoon, hanging out at the pool.The breakfast is great. The Chinese restaurant is also good as well. The staff are nice too.
Overall, we loved it
We will be back!

Room is huge with a lot of space, clean and quiet. The location of hotel is good and very convenient to places of interests and seafood restaurants. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant which operates 24hours for those who wish to have supper. Travel time to the airport is around 20mins-30mins.
