One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in
On top of the mountain with the golden hand bridge and it was a beautiful day you could see all the way down to the valley
The breakfast was second to not absolutely great so many varieties
The cable car ride up to the hotel was beautiful. Everything was laid out pretty nice.
My wife said castles are for real. She thought it was just a fairytale. 🤗🤟🏼

Not worth the money

Here now 2nd day don't expect peace and quiet noisy staff . No Al a carte for evening meal.so had a chicken burger YUK dry .stale .a couple of French fries. The room has no working fridge so warm drinks. Lights shining in from glass doors from bathroom and balcony.shower cold no hot water so no bath either
Disappointed it is now run down and not worth the money we paid feels like it is being run on a shoestring .

This hotel is great and use of the waterpark and hot springs and dinosaur park and gardens it really is amazing would stay again would be great with kids or grandkids, so much to see would stay for 4 nights next time 2 not enough. So much beauty and fun, staff could learn more English or is more Vietnamese but it’s fabulous

Close to nature holiday

This place is really massively huge. Lots of greenery and the best hot spring pools we have been to.
It’s very clean and well maintained. The water in the pools are crystal clear. Very friendly staff as well.
The water park is within the premises. Also there are dinosaurs around it
Cons
There is an announcement about the temperature of the hot springs. It’s to warn the guests to be careful and vigilant. It is very very irritating because it is very loud and non stop. It really spoils the atmosphere. Also the song being played is too loud as well. It’s alright to have soothing music but at a lower volume
Buffet breakfast is a la carte but it’s alright for us. Only buffet lunch is served during lunchtime. A la carte lunch is served only after 1500
We really enjoyed our stay here tremendously. We shall come back here when we visit Danang

Waste of money, time and effort

The resort is very large, not good for older or disabled people. The staff were very unhelpful, a real “don’t care” attitude. The room was very small, absolutely NO hot water in shower or bath, even though staff Said “run for 10 minutes” still not even warm. Breakfast was a complete farce, and not much choice. Overall: Would not recommend, Not good value for money, Not treated well by staff!!!!!
