Nice room , Friendly staff

We really like the hotel and rooms.Neat and clean.Delicious Vietnamese breakfast and walking around the beach is amazing

Breakfast was bad

Horrible hotel, don’t go there, room was old , pool dirty , no gym no steam room as they post on web site, nothing see as the picture

Hotel not suitable for western guests

This hotel wrllicht meets the oriental mesh bars, masr not mine.
We have been there for 3 nights now and have booked and paid for 15 days, little regret. First the positive things;
Location close to the sea and in nice neighborhood
View if you sit high enough
The beds were lovely
Room a little too small for 2
Bit of mold by the sink, and torn curtains, I don't care much about masr.
The negative things;
Hotel is Asian oriented
Complaints will not be handled
(We have been waiting for 3 days for a drop of oloe for horribly creaky cupboard)
At breakfast everything is cold except the coffee and the ommelet.
Breakfast is until 09.00h...way too early for us: I'm on vacation.
Rooftop pool is green, no clear water, no sunbeds, just red-hot metal chairs that are all broken. After taking a picture you can leave.
Children often play in the hallways with the necessary noise. Parents don't do anything when you ask for silence.
Fortunately, after 2 weeks of clouds in March '26, the weather is nice again, and we are on the road or on the beach all day.
I really hope the hotel takes this to heart. We paid €25,- p.n.p.k
Which is average for this country and period, but level of hotel is substandard compared to the other hotels we had in DaNang.

Bad experience!!

The photos online make the place look very beautiful, but in reality it doesn’t look like that at all. There is no gym, the swimming pool is dirty, and the rooms look old and dirty.
We asked if we could sit in the restaurant (which was completely empty) to do some work. This was not allowed, and the staff member waved her hand and said “go, go,” telling us to leave.
The staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We had booked several days but left after just one night.
We asked for a refund because the place did not look like the photos, but they refused to give us a full refund. We ended up standing there for more than an hour arguing with the staff.
On top of that, the price is not accurate. Online it is much cheaper, but at the hotel they charge double.
I would not recommend staying here.

The room was beautiful. Bathroom was clean. Hospitality is average. Staff english is really poor. Staff was found little drunk when we reached back to hotel after a day tour (strong alcoholic smell from mouth). It was a okay stay. Need improvement in hospitality.
