Bugs through our room

Was difficult to find this place as the outside didn’t look the same as the photos. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Our first room had bugs everywhere so we told reception and got moved to another room. We later realised this room had many more bugs so we requested a refund and were going to try find another hotel. The lady at reception said no refund but we will clean your room. It appeared cleaner but later that night we found multiple bugs in each of the 2 beds and on the floor. We told the reception in the morning and all they said was sorry. This place is a good location but it’s not worth the money due to its uncleanliness and the construction across the road. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I was misled and lied to

Absolutely disgusting hotel from the moment we stepped into the lobby and into those bedrooms. Unless you're okay sleeping with the smell of mold, mildew and sewage with the mosquitos I would advise you stay away. If that wasn't uncomfortable enough, there's extremely noisy construction across the street and in their lobby.

MOLD AND MOSQUITOS

BEWARE!! Complete false advertisement and nothing like the photos. Construction in front of the hotel, in the hotel, and on the first floor. Despite this, our group was still willing to stay here but upon entering the rooms we were confronted with a tiny rooms and a strong sewage/ mold smell. Their solution was to leave the windows open which of course brought in the mosquitos. Would highly recommend you stay away.

Noisy and mis represented

The beds were comfortable and room made up nicely each day, and it was 2 blocks back from beach. Now the bad stuff:
The staff at reception never looked up from their phones at any point other than to check in and out. Beware! Opposite is a building site and one day at 4:20 am a truck delivered steel girders by simply dropping then on the road outside our window and the from 6 am each day the building work started. Next the swimming pool is not at this hotel at all but a few minutes walk to sister hotel. And finally, pictures show sea views: there are none as the hotel is 2 blocks from sea with high rise buildings in between
