Most comfortable beds in Vietnam
I have stayed at these apartments many times over the past five years, and they have consistently been an excellent place to stay in Da Nang.
I first discovered them through a recommendation from one of my Vietnamese colleagues when I was working in Quang Tri Province. At the time, I was looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and reasonably priced to stay while traveling through Central Vietnam, as well as somewhere convenient for occasional weekends in Da Nang. I no longer work in Vietnam, but whenever I return as a tourist to visit friends and former colleagues, I still choose to stay here.
The standard is consistently high and the value for money is excellent.
The location is especially convenient, directly across the road from Asia Park. My Khe Beach and the beach areas of Da Nang are only a short Grab ride away, while the main nightlife areas, including the bars around Bamboo 2 and On The Radio, are also easily accessible. Hoi An is roughly 25 minutes away, depending on traffic.
Getting around Da Nang by Grab is incredibly easy and inexpensive. Most of my journeys around the city cost around 50,000 VND, roughly £1 to £2, so the location works extremely well as a base for exploring.
The apartments themselves are spacious, extremely clean and very well kept. There is lift access, and depending on the apartment you choose, there are one and two bedroom options available. The apartments have a kitchen, washing machine, dining area and comfortable sitting area. A small amount of free washing powder is also provided, which is a really useful touch. Some apartments have a balcony and in the Da Nang heat your clothes do not take long to dry outside.
There is also a small rooftop swimming pool. It is not a large resort style pool, but it is perfect for cooling off and having a quick dip after spending the day exploring the city.
One thing that deserves a special mention is the beds. They are genuinely some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in anywhere in Da Nang. It really is like sleeping on a cloud. There is also a TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the main living area, making the apartments very comfortable even during the hottest months.
Booking has always been straightforward. I normally contact them through their Facebook page using Messenger, and they have always been friendly, helpful and responsive.
There are drinks available from the fridge in the reception area, and the location gives you plenty of options for food. There is a Vietnamese restaurant immediately next door, or you can cook for yourself or simply order food through Grab. For Western visitors who occasionally want something familiar, there is also a McDonald’s around 100 meters down the road.
If you make a booking and later need to cancel, please try to give them as much notice as possible. They will often hold an apartment for you based on your word, so it is only fair to give them reasonable notice if your plans change.
After four years and many stays, I continue to come back here whenever I am in Da Nang. It is clean, comfortable, convenient, extremely good value for money and very well looked after.
I would happily recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Da Nang.

I first learned about this place from the introduction of a Vietnamese colleague when I was still working in Guangxi Province. At the time, I was looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay during my trips through Central Vietnam, as well as for the weekend in Da Nang. Currently I no longer work in Vietnam, but whenever I come back as a tourist to visit my friends and old colleagues, I still choose here.
The quality is always kept at a very good level and given the price, this place is really worth it.
Excellent location right across from Asia Park. The American Beach and the Danang coastal area are only a short Grab ride away. The nightlife areas, including the bars around Bamboo 2 and On The Radio, are also easy to access. It was about 25 minutes away, depending on traffic.
Moving around Da Nang with Grab is easy and the price is reasonable. Most of my trips around the city cost only about $50,000, which is about £1 to £2. So, this is a very convenient location to make a starting point to explore Da Nang and the surrounding area.
The apartments are spacious, extremely clean and very well kept. The building has an elevator and has one or two bedroom apartment options depending on your needs. The apartment has a kitchen, a washing machine, a dining area and a comfortable seating area. A small amount of free laundry powder is also prepared, which is a small detail but very useful. Some apartments have balconies and with the hot weather in Da Nang, clothes are exposed to the outdoor very quickly.
On the roof there is a small swimming pool. This is not a large resort-type pool, but is suitable for relaxing and soaking yourself after a day of exploring the city.
One thing worth mentioning is the bed. This is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. It really feels like sleeping in the clouds. The apartment also has a TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the common living area, so very comfortable even in the hottest months.
Reservation is always simple. I usually contact them via Facebook via Messenger and they are always friendly, enthusiastic and responsive.
In the reception area there is a refrigerator with drinks, and around there are also plenty of dining options. Next to it is a Vietnamese restaurant. You can also cook yourself in the apartment or simply order food through Grab. For Westerners who sometimes want to eat a familiar dish, McDonald’s is also only about 100 meters away.
I have only one small message for other guests: during the peak season, especially around June and July if you have booked but need to cancel, try to let them know as soon as possible. They usually keep the apartment for guests based on trust, so if your plan changes then giving reasonable notice in advance is a good thing to do.
After four years and many stays, I still go back here every time I come to Da Nang. This place is clean, comfortable, convenient, very worth the money and always cared for, good maintenance.

親切にしてもらい、アットホームな雰囲気のホテルアパートメントでした。夜中でも包丁を借りることができたり、排水の不具合などの対応も早かったです。多少の不具合は許容できる範囲でした。キッチン、ベット、洗濯機、冷蔵庫など長期滞在にぴったりな空間で、プールも入れるのでコスパ良いホテルでした。

첫 느낌은 굉장했지만,,가까이서 보면 청소 상태는 많이 아쉬웠다. 가구에 먼지나, 주방상태, 화장실 변기 청결상태등.
와이파이에 연결상태는 최악이었다.
