Best rooftop pools
Two amazing Infiniti pools on the rooftop. Stunning views of the water, city and beach. Beach in front of hotel is great. People are in the water all hours of the night. Excellent location. Massage places, restaurants, convenience stores all right beside the hotel. The hotel itself is luxurious and gorgeous. The hotel gives high tea between 2pm to 4pm and it includes snacks. This was a real perk of staying at this hotel. GRAB is really cheap and we took it everywhere. We always tipped well with GRAB because it’s so cheap. They seemed surprised whenever we did this. We also booked a full day tour to Ba Na Hills through the hotel and it was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Liked the fresh pho and variety of fruits. Mai Hoa and all the reception staff were great. I highly recommend this hotel

I would stay at this hotel again. The suite was beautiful and so spacious. The views from the room was absolutely stunning. And right across from the beach and the bars. Walking everywhere was a pleasure and safe.

Love the hotel but not the neighbours.
It is just opposite the popular My Khe Beach but away from the crowd of restaurants & other branded hotels, etc. The rooms are clean and new. Hotel provides full set of new toiletries daily, replenished sufficient bottles of water (both chilled and room temp) and we had a set of fresh sheets on Day 3. The in-room light settings could be better. Entry light lit brightly when door is opened. Door between room and bathroom is translucent. Would be great if there is an individual switch to light just the WC's area for late night usage.
The noise level from outside is tolerable but the sound insulation could be better (they do provide ear plugs).
If you are a light sleeper, do request for a room without a connecting door. For the 3 nights i'm here, i was kept awake from 12 to 1am by loud laughters from the guests next door and also at 6:30 to 7:30am as their alarm keeps going off through the hour and they simply couldn't disable it despite being awake (could hear them chatting & walking around).
However, this is by no means the fault of the hotel staff. One staff, Hoa, was very attentive and listened to my unpleasant encounters and offered a room change. Since i only had a night left (didn't feedback on night 1 because i thought it would be one-off), i rejected her offer. The last morning, we had a similar encounter too but not as bad. They stopped the alarm earlier this time round.
Not forgetting the pools were beautiful and clean too, with staff on standby to attend to your needs. The breakfast is a flavourful spread of local, asian and western cuisines, couldn't expect more. The service staff were attentive as well. High tea was simple and decent.
Overall, the experience was great. Just an inconsiderate 'neighbour' that spoilt the rest.

Great location and amenities. Loved the breakfast spread...so much varieties. The staff was also excellent. So incredibly helpful when my debit card was eaten by a local ATM and I was trying to get it back but didn't have a local phone number. Hoa at the reception was kind to let me use her phone number so that the bank could be in touch. Apparently, Techcombank cannot contact a foreign phone number. Very happy and satisfied with the stay.

First time at Hotel M.
The hotel is clean and close to the sea. Diverse breakfast, great pool, friendly service from the staff, especially the reception, very friendly friends and very interesting places for family.
