Our stay at this hotel was one of the best parts of our trip to Da Nang. The facilities were excellent, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional service from the staff.
A special thank you to Lisa, who contacted us through KakaoTalk before our trip. She answered all of my questions quickly, patiently, and with great kindness. Her helpful responses made me feel well-prepared and confident before arriving in Da Nang. It was clear that she genuinely cared about her guests, and her excellent communication made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
I would also like to thank Tony, who welcomed us when we arrived. He personally showed us to our room and clearly explained the room features and hotel facilities. He was always friendly, professional, and smiling, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a great variety of delicious food, and every meal was fresh and satisfying. It was the perfect way to start each day.
We will definitely stay here again when we return to Da Nang and will happily recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The room was as described, was clean and the resort facilities were very good. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which had plenty of space and ideal for families.
The resort pool was good and the resort in general had a nice resort vibe.
You do not go to reception when checking in or out, someone meets you at your room and you pay a cash deposit, but this went smoothly although feels a little weird. They do have somewhere to store your bags, despite the room not being directly provided though the resort.
The restaurant for is average, but a short grab or taxi into Danang is easy enough.

Had a great vacation at the Ocean Suites. Rooms were clean and overall check-in / out procedure was smooth. Thanks to the great arrangement from Vince and Jenny.

The quality of the breakfast was very good, but I'd like it to have a variety of menus. The rest is very satisfied. Both inside and outside the room are in good condition. I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time here.
The staff, especially Jenny, Tony, and Lisa, responded quickly and made my stay very comfortable.
I would love to stay here again.
