Warning: Severe Constuction ongoing from 06:00 22:00

The hotel is currently surrounded by 3 buildings being build against it. While normally excellent it is impossible to get any sleep. The building is physically shaking. Construction due to run from OCT 2019 until April 2020.
The hotel should not be open at the moment. It is pointless. Most guest leave after a couple of hours and are not refunded for any of their stay.

2 days stay

I would not recommended this hotel to anyone. Probably the worst hotel i have been.
Room was quite good with AC, vith view to a city and a little to the sea. Also was close to the beach.
But everything else was bad. Even receptionist did not talk in english at all. Only native. We did not understood each other, they did not show map or even did not tell where to go to eat or what to see in this city compearing to others then you first come to new hotel.
But the worst was the breakfast. They send us to another place, nearby the hotel, we had to order meal in the evening, before the next day. And did not get what we ordered. Even tea or coffee, or fresh fruits.
Oh and we have been 2019 june 6-8 and every morning and evening small kids were shouting like crazy. We could not even go normally to sleep and relax after long day.

Better available for same price

Booked for 3 nights and stayed for one. The room is tired and in need of some TLC and the air con isn’t great. There isn’t a safe in the room either. When we arrived the window had been left open so we had some delightful beasties flying around. Also had a couple of tiny things crawling around in the bed in the morning. The mattress is rock hard and the pillow useless. Bathroom is ok. We wouldn’t stay here again as there’s much better for the money. We left and found somewhere better.

You can do much better

Booked this hotel for my stay in Da Nang in October,
The issues started with them forgetting to collect us from the airport, so we were left waiting around for them for nearly 45 minutes, when we arrived at the hotel we were greeted very professionally, however they wanted to keep our passports during our stay or pay uprfront ( I paid upfront and kept my passport)which is something that we had not had to do in any other hotel anywhere else during our tour of Vietnam, it seemed very strange,
Once we got to the room there was a very obvious strong smell that wasn’t pleasant,
The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the plaster was peeling of the walls and the view was straight in to a locals kitchen.
We were booked in her for 3 days, but didn’t even stay 3 hours,
There are so many fantastically priced hotels in da nang, you can do so much better for your money.
The official rating for this hotel, which is displayed in their reception is actually 1 Star, and that is what you should expect ....

Not Awful...

Definitely not up to the standards that the reviews may suggest. Understandably it's a low star hotel, but that's all it is in reality, don't be fooled by other reviews. The hotel looks nice on arrival, but it's a different story beyond that. Rooms are not a high standard (a lot of holes needed filling in), the beds are genuinely rock hard, the drainage pipes of the shower leaked meaning the bathroom floor was covered in water once you stepped out, a horrible musty smell in the rooms and corridors, the lift didn't work on certain floors, people were smoking in their rooms and the smell was drifting to our room. Only a cheap hotel but I'm sure there's better ones for similar prices.
