Unpleasant experience for a vacation
Very disappointing stay
We arrived late at Yarra Ocean Suites Da Nang after a full day of travelling, only to find out that there had been a mistake on the hotel’s side with our booking. We were left waiting in the lobby for several hours, until the early hours of the morning, before the issue was sorted out. After such a long day of travelling, this was extremely frustrating.
The room service was also disappointing. Even after cleaning, the trash bins were sometimes not emptied, and on some days they forgot to replace the toilet paper.
What made the experience even worse was when we asked for a late check-out because our flight was only later in the day. They were unwilling to assist us. It’s frustrating that when we arrived, we were expected to wait for hours because of their mistake, but when it was time for us to leave, suddenly they wanted us out as quickly as possible.
Overall, the service and customer care were not what I expected. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience in Vietnam
I have never experienced such frustration and disappointment in my life. We were 6 people, payed and booked 3 rooms. When we arrived on our check in day, they booked all 6 of us into one room. They only got the room issue sorted in the early morning hours of the next day after a LONG struggle. When we got to the rooms the disappointment did not end. One of the rooms was very dirty, the other one had a broken shower, broken toilet and broken rails. We switched rooms the next day. (Which miraculously turned up, seeing as they told us the night before that they are “fully booked” and couldn’t accommodate us at first.)
The manager offered to “make the inconvenience up to us”. We asked for a late checkout, seeing as we had a late departure. The staff refused to accommodate us. I find it very disturbing that they refuse to “make the inconvenience up to us” with something that would have actually helped us. Worst experience in Vietnam
We traveled all day to get here just to hear that they didnt book our rooms after getting an confirmed payment more than a month prior to our visit
They didnt try to accommodate us and left us without an hotel I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel
