Stay there twice

This is the second times i stayed here.
Booked a twin room, got upgraded to 3 beds room on the 4th floor.
+ Location: really convenient, close to market. A few steps walking around
+ Room: Acceptable with the price 60$ per night.

Great location

Great view from the fifth floor. Pleasant and quite stay. The room, bathroom and bed were clean, toiletries were available. Regret booking two nights+ since the hotel is in a great location. The hotel books up fast. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Would not recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights and had the worst sleep possible. The bed is as hard as a table, impossible to sleep on, covers are dirty and itchy. Room is tiny and bathroom smells. Would highly not recommend. Staff are nice but sleep very little English.

Had a pleasant stay

Location is great and near the lake/market/city centre. Staff was helpful and friendly although not everybody spoke English. Room is good value for money, has a window to the hallway. There's no aircon, but my room had a fan, which was absolutely sufficient. There's a fridge, but it gets turned off with all the other electricity when you take your room key out of the socket, so I wouldn't want to leave perishable things in there when not in the room. Housekeeping was quite a bit overly enthusiastic, showering the whole bathroom (very slippery when wet) including the power socket (wouldn't advise using that one) and some of my cosmetics. They also stowed toilet paper outside of the bathroom which could get a bit tricky when you forgot to take it. The mattress is very hard, which wasn't a problem for me, but could be for other people. But all in all it was very acceptable. Had a pleasant stay.

Mình đặt 1 phòng Deluxe cho 2 người, nhưng khi nhận phòng nhân viên báo hết phòng cho 2 khách và upgade mình lên loại phòng dành cho 4 khách. Nhân viên và chủ đều thân thiện, họ tư vấn nhiều điểm tham quan và giúp đặt tour nếu khách yêu cầu.
Đà lạt sau tết cực đẹp, và thơ mộng.
