its not 4 star Hotel (Like 2 Star)

This hotel is really not a 4 star its services like 2 star hotel . Cleaning services is not good. Breakfast is also not good and tasty.
They ask additional charge to turn on the TV and Refrigerator. they allow smoking everywhere in the hotel .

Really 4 stars?

For these room prices the breakfast in the hotel could be much better! No, really, no fresh milk on breakfast to coffe that is low quality already. There is a milk farm in Dalat wich produce the brand named "Dalat milk", ut enstead of that you a half of breakfast table was covered with very poor dishes, like it it not a 4* hotel but 2*.

It's just ok

This hotel is just ok. I.e. rooms are not so good, but not awful. Cleaning service is not so good, there are a lot of dust everywhere. Breakfast is not tasty at all - there are enough of the office all, but all of them are tasteless

A local type of hotel

The hotel facilities are very old, and the service is not up to the current world standards. Smoking was allowed everywhere in the hotel, the bar service in the lobby was not good and the breakfast was very local but it located in a convenient spot.

Local luxury type of hotel but not western standard

It is a kind of local luxury but looked outdated and not western standard. The breakfest was local only but good pho, rooms clean but furniture from different era. Swimming pool was "in repair". Staff kind and professional in a local way.
