Overall, our experience at the hotel was mixed. On the positive side, we managed to check in an hour early, the staff were polite and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool and beach. Breakfast was quite good as well.
On the downside, we had an issue at the hotel’s restaurant called “Kitchen.” We ordered a salad that came with only three prawn crackers while there were two of us dining, so it wasn’t enough. When we asked for just a couple more crackers—something that costs basically nothing—they refused and said it wasn’t allowed unless we placed another order for a salad. As my partner’s job is a food and beverage manager we know the cost is negligible, and expected more flexibility, especially from a five-star hotel. Later, they even offered to send the crackers up to our room, which didn’t make sense because we needed them with our meal at the time, not later.In summary, the hotel is nice and the staff are respectful. At breakfast the manager did apologize for the break down with communication.

Nice hotel right at the beach. Very calm and relaxing… food was ok and breakfast good. Choose this hotel because after long travelling its nice to be close from airport. Had an amazing hotstone leg massage.. strongly recommend!

The resort is further from the main attractions and looks like it's not quite developed due to the construction happening out front. The rooms look tired. More care should be dedicated towards the maintenance of the walls, doors, and other spaces in the room. The taste of the food offered at the breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff were mostly helpful and kind. The overall experience was okay, but do note this is a 20-minute ride away from Sunset Town.

Lobby staff are nice and supportive, but the room's condition is not well-maintained, it looks quite old now.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay very pleasant from start to finish. The room was kept spotless, and I had no issues with the plumbing, which made for a very comfortable experience.
Given the high quality of service and cleanliness, I found the price to be very reasonable. One thing to note is that there is no convenience store or shop on-site, so I recommend buying any drinks or snacks outside beforehand. Overall, it’s a fantastic value and I highly recommend it!
