Ha Giang Amazing bike tours

The Manager of the hostel was so helpful and friendly, always had a smile on his face even under pressure! The hostel organised a bus from Hanoi city, a bed within the hostel because we arrive in the early morning (no extra cost), free breakfast for that morning, the fantastic two day motorbike tour of Ha Giang and also our bus back to Hanoi. We could pay at the hostel by card. If you are going to Ha Giang I would recommend this hostel as they are fantastic and even gave us motorbikes to go around the town for a few hours before our bus came to take us back to Hanoi!

Room furnishing designed from wooden crates were interesting!

I would say the service of the manager here made the stay good! 'Min' and 'Suk' were friendly and very helpful towards my needs... super thankful!
I got matched to this place as it was part of my loop tour and lodging for 1 night was kindly provided. Thankful for a private room (no windows) but it was warm and basic for the night. Sometimes you can hear other visitors if they speak loudly :P
Wifi access password is written on the wall.
The toilet is one level down from the room and functional. I think they have 1 more accessible from the pool area where the helmets are placed too :)
Hence the redeeming factor I would say for the staff who is genuine, helpful, and fun-loving - I had fun watching the hunks play pool while waiting for my bus to arrive :) They made me feel at ease, and I could relax until I needed to go :)

Amazing!

We had an amazing experience in Ha Giang with the help from Truong. He organized our whole trip for us from transport to accommodation. We loved our tour doing the Ha Giang motorbike loop. Thank you! I will be back.

Nice hostel in Ha Giang

Had a nice stay here. Owner helped me to sort everything out for the loop. Left my luggage there during the loop. Also he booked a bus ticket for me after the loop. They have nice food and comfy beds. Good place to stay in Ha Giang.

Nice and practical

Clean room and bathroom (share bathroom), ok food, very nice staff, knowledgeable.
We rent a bike - it worked great and an easyrider in very low price 28$- he was nice, stop in all the touristic sites and when we ask to stop in remote places he did, he took us to his friends home stay so i didn't pay for his dinner and accommodation, exept 2 nights in ninh bin- he didn't know anyone there. His english wasn't so good but we communicate ok.
