awesome stay

had a great time staying in confetti. arriving halong, we stayed here overnight prior to taking an overnight halong bay cruise. after which, we came back for another overnight stay before leaving for hanoi. mai, was very accommodating and helpful as she made sure that we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. providing us with details on where banks, restaurants and things to do around halong. we were upgraded to a room large enough for three people. room and bed were comfortable and clean. we had breakfast at the hotel lobby which was very affordable and filling. an awesome hotel with friendly staff.

Family

Short weekend break was a massive hit. We found a beautiful hotel facing the bay and with all of the luxury of a 4 star hotel. They include breakfast and parking is provided outside the hotel. Drinks and breakfast are served downstairs and a beautiful plate of fresh fruit was brought to our room in the evening.
The room was large enough with 2 comfy sofas in a tv area. Small fridge with snacks and drinks. Lovely and comfortable double bed. Large bathroom with shower and all things needed, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and hairdryer.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and even came out in a downpour to supply umbrellas for us as we parked the car.
The only drawback I could find was they don’t have room service, but they allow you to order in and so it is still just a phone all away from lunch or dinner.
Overall a perfect place to stay and we will be sure to stay again soon.

Relaxing stay in Halong Bay

We stayed for almost a week at this very new and modern hotel. We stayed in a suite which had a little living area so it was spacious. The extra money spent for the extra room was well worth it. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows very nice. The shower had great pressure and water nice and hot. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us choose and book up our day cruise on the bay, massages, find places with good food, transportation to the airport and even found us rides to our massages. The breakfast had a variety of options and cooked to order. There were a few staff members who spoke English perfectly so that was very helpful too. We would definitely recommend staying here and would return if ever back in Halong Bay.

Insect and breakfast

We stay only one night and hotel located at good location, few walks to the Bay.
The room has insect, the room size is very small, the bathroom small also and breakfast not good, I come for breakfast at 8h15 but no cheese, no juice, food is poor

Strong value

We stayed at Confetti while preparing for a Halong Bay cruise which was unfortunately canceled due to the corona virus. We found the location to be great, and we believed it to be an excellent value. The only weakness was the breakfast, which we overlooked because of the price we paid. If you don’t intend to eat breakfast here, but at a cafe instead - it is an easy choice.
