Brilliant

We had a brilliant two night stay here. Located a bit out of the town centre but still easily accessible. Very nice, eco-friendly rooms, with a very nice rooftop bar and pool area. Staff are very friendly and can not do enough to help you out. Plus the two dogs, Frank and Milo are here too !

An ideal place when you come to Cat Ba, open space, super view, attentive service, enthusiastic and friendly staff, good advice. You can come here to try to see the view and enjoy everything here, you will not be disappointed. Suitable for you to comfortably grill food

A great night's stay on Cat Ba Island

Very comfortable room in a great location close to nature and a short distance from the bustle of Cat Ba town. Only stayed for one night, but would have been happy to stay longer, great little place with a fantastic pool. View from the pool is amazing, shame about the building work going on nearby but can't be helped! Food and hospitality really good.

Never Again

Firstly shown to the wrong room, we booked two rooms and they tried to squeeze us into one. Finally got to rooms , in the room rock hard mattress, no towels no sheets no kettle as advertised. Terrible food, the ladies working there very rude. For $40 a night quite expensive.

When I went to pay and they tried to charge me an extra $40 on top. I showed them my booking and paid what it said he wasn’t happy. I could go on ! We are in our third week of traveling and I could not fault anywhere we have stayed. So I’m sorry to write this. But I feel travellers should be aware.

The best homestay in Vietnam!

The most welcoming family we’ve met on our travels! They can’t do enough for their guests, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Beautiful views, great home cooked food, and a lovely pool to relax in. Thank you Mountain View❤️
