A very good stay and great value. They were very helpful and organised us to hire a bike and to have our clothes cleaned. Walking distance from lots of places to eat and drink.

I have been traveling around the world and this hotel is one of the most terrible hotels I ever stayed. Don't believe the description as most is incorrect. It is Noisy. Dirty, and no towels. People were screaming for hours and the hotel staff didn't do anything about it. Of course no breakfast as the description states.

The worst experience ever

have been traveling around the world and this hotel is one of the most terrible hotels ever. Don't believe the description: all false. First the receptionist told us that the room was canceled and he emailed me about it. A lie. Than he said that there is no room available. Second lie. Than he said that I will get a refund. Third lie. After insisting to get a room ( it was 6pm and we reserved this room in advance through hotel.com) he put us in the worst room in the hotel. Noisy. Dirty, and no towels. People screaming for hours. Felt like a prison cell in one of the 1960s movies. Of course no breakfast as the description states. Hotel reservations online should ban this place.

Room was clean, front desk was cheerful. She was able to help organizing a taxi, renting scooters. Location was superb, beautiful large windows that opened. Breakfast was average.
