Excellet Value!

This was recommended by a friend because it was near his house. It is very much a place that is predominately used by Vietnamese. The room was large and the facilities excellent and of the standard I've had in 5 star hotels but you don't get 16 pillows and enough towels to stock a small department store!! The breakfast was plentiful and again targeted at Vietnamese, eggs cooked to order. The staff were particularly good and if one didn't speak English they quickly found someone who did.

Just renovated and friendly staff.

Just finished a three night stay here (January 2019). I’ve been to Vietnam many times and always stay in this area but this was my first time at this hotel. I read many reviews before I booked and most of the negative reviews focused on the dated facilities and rooms. I saw that it was recently renovated and that’s why I booked it. It’s a convenient location for business trips and lots of food in the area. I had a great experience here. The staff made some great recommendations on food. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The price is inline with other similar hotels in the area but like I said this one is basically new after the renovation so I would choose this over the others. I’ll be staying here again in July.

One night in Hanoi

The hotel in general below one star,
Comparing Hochi Minh 3 stars hotel.
Bed is not clean and bathroom below average.
Breakfast was designed for Vietnamese.
Maybe if you spending more time outside, this hotel good for low budget 60$ per night after discount.

This hotel is OK for your overnight

It's on Liễu Giai Street, with Lotte Center, shops, restaurants, and other entertainment places.
This hotel has a lot of rooms. My room has a good view to see the high buildings brightened with lights. The service is good, free wifi. Just one thing is that there are not many choices for TV programs.

You have to have a reason to stay at this hotel

My title would have said enough, but if you are looking at this hotel consider the following:
- It is located far from Hanoi downtown in Kim Ma area (not far from Daewoo Hotel). Do you have a reason to stay in this area such as doing business or some other reasons?
- It very standard mid range hotel, but it is a bit more expensive than other mid range hotels with very average rooms and services. Why would you like to stay at this hotel for this not-so-good cost performance?
- There are several better, but more expensive and limited options in this area such as Hanoi, Daewoo, Pullman, and Lotte Hotels. Would you like to pay a bit more to have better comfort?
- There are several other mid-range options in the area such as Riverside Hanoi or Candle hotels for the same or a bit cheaper prices probably for better quality. Why do you want to choose this hotel?
The advantage of this hotel obviously is its proximity to (mostly Japanese) restaurants and night bar/karaoke street (Kim Ma and Linh Lang streets) -- they are both walking distance from this hotel.
