Great location, friendly staff

Have seen the various reviews and maybe depends on what room you get. We had a quiet room on 4th floor and enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, refrigerator in room convenient, water is provided every day. Location is great. Staff are great (yes, they do pressure you to write a review when leaving, but clearly you don't have to). We did not eat breakfast here, and there are no other 'facilities' at this small hotel, but it worked great for us.

Cockroaches again CARFARDS

I had booked three nights in this hotel. I was given a room full of cockroaches. I asked to change rooms at the front desk and the person walked me around saying she had sorted it out. Back from my dinner, in less than 5 minutes of observation I noticed a dozen cockroaches. It's completely abnormal in a 4-star establishment. I was forced to book another room in another establishment in order to escape this deplorable situation. Hotel staff and Agoda customer service were not up to the task of offering me an acceptable solution. To flee absolutely if you do not want to bring cockroaches home.

⚠️ Avoid the Deluxe Rooms at Delica Hotel and Exercise Extreme Caution When Booking Through 30 Sundays.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.
First, a serious warning to anyone booking through 30 Sundays. Their team showed us photographs of spacious and attractive suite rooms, but instead booked us into a so-called "Deluxe Room" at Delica Hotel. What we received was nothing like what was presented. This felt highly misleading and completely unacceptable.
The Deluxe Room was a nightmare.
The moment you arrive, you are forced to carry all your luggage up a flight of stairs just to reach reception. There is no bellboy, no porter, and no staff available to help. During our entire stay, there appeared to be only one receptionist, who was running around trying to manage everything on his own.
The room itself was tiny and claustrophobic. There was barely enough space to move around, let alone properly open and organize our luggage.
Even worse, the room had an opening to a duct area. The door to this duct did not close properly, and the area behind it was filled with rubbish and debris. The resulting smell was unpleasant and made the room feel dirty and unhygienic.
The building appears to be very old and badly maintained, with patchwork repairs visible everywhere.
The bathroom was in terrible condition. The bathtub was broken, there was black mold throughout the bathroom, and overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards.
Throughout the night, we heard strange and disturbing noises, making it nearly impossible to sleep properly.
The breakfast buffet was extremely limited, with very few choices and nothing close to what you would expect from a hotel claiming to be 3-star or 4-star.
In my opinion, Delica Hotel does not deserve its star rating. The conditions are poor, the rooms are badly maintained, and the overall experience was a complete waste of money.
I strongly advise travelers to stay away from the Deluxe Rooms at Delica Hotel and to double-check exactly what room category is being booked if you are using 30 Sundays or any other travel agency.

Nice hotel in Old Town

Nice hotel, nice staff who were very helpful. Simple breakfast. Very good location.

Very friendly staff. David was very service minded. The family room for 4 people was good. The room was a bit worn down though, but it had a balcony with a nice view over the hustling and bustling city.
