Lovely location

Staff are super lovely, has a stunning roof top pool and bar. Very close to train street and the night market.

Unforgettable stay with exceptional service and amazing surprises!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Heritage Ham Long Hotel & Spa. From the moment we checked in, every single staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and politeness.
What truly made our trip unforgettable was how the team helped me arrange a customized room service surprise for my girlfriend. The execution was flawless and thoughtful, and it brought us so much joy!
In addition, the hotel restaurant serves fantastic dishes, and the spa treatment was exquisitely refined and deeply relaxing after a day of exploring Hanoi. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for couples visiting the city!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

the atmosphere is amazing! very high end and special. its near the shopping area so its great for women traveling!
