Even if it's not a full-day trip abroad, we often use the club room, but this time Lottehotel Hanoi was especially grateful for the special hospitality.
Even during an urgent schedule, the Club Room Team (Korea) did their best to communicate.
We were very grateful for taking care of your preferred rooms, the atmosphere of the room, anniversaries, schedules, and more details of the trip.
Especially the response to the club room was more special and delicate. Thank you for the room team Korean managers and especially the careful and superior service of Ojejin manager.
I've been to numerous destinations for over 20 years, but I feel grateful for the professional appearance of the Korean room team, along with the friendly service of the Hanoi Lodge Hotel, and the great work of the Lodge Hotel and the Korean managers.
Once again, thank you for making this trip so special, and thank you for the Korean room team, especially the professional service and communication with guests.

Amazing View, Impeccable Service at Lotte Hotel Hanoi
My sisters and I had a staycation at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. To be honest, everything was amazing.
From the check-in and check-out process, all the staff members were very nice, friendly and always willing to support us
In addition, when I came to the room, I was really impressed by the view, the spacious layout and the cleanliness. With 2 nights staying here, the Housekeeping team helped me a lot, especially Ms Le Them ,Ms Lan and Ms Linh.Who was always attentive, warm and thoughtful. They are very well trained and truly dedicated to delivering excellent experiences to us
Really look forward to choosing Lotte Hotel Hanoi again.

The accommodation was cleaned neatly, and I received clean cleaning and laundry services during my stay. Even when dining at the restaurant, the staff were kind and did their best to resolve my concerns. Thank you very much.
In particular, Phuong Anh (Ms.), who works on the club lounge floor, was very kind during check-in and check-out.
