Emma excellent in booking transport and looking after us wonderful friendly hotel in the heart of the older area of Hanoi walking distance to river and central hub of city

Small rooms and difficult to maneuver with lots of luggage. Good location if you want to be right in the middle of the action. Buffet was okay - not bad but not great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. AC works good. Internet to watch tv was choppy.

Great stay!!!!!

My stay at Sunline Hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team greeted me with such warmth that I instantly felt at home.
The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes’ walk to the lake and the church, yet tucked away enough that I didn’t hear any street noise at all. My room was spotless, with comfortable bedding, strong Wi-Fi, and plenty of TV channels to unwind with after exploring Hanoi.
One of my favorite moments was enjoying the rooftop bar during happy hour—watching the sunset with a drink in hand was the perfect way to end the day. The breakfast buffet was generous and beautifully presented, with something for everyone.
Thank you again, Emma, for your kindness and attention to detail, and to the whole front desk team for making me feel so welcome every time I walked through the door. Sunline Hotel will be my first choice the next time I’m in Hanoi!

Good location and price. Brilliant shower with high pressure ( but I was on the second floor). V.good WiFi. The staff were great, particularly Hani on front reception. Very informative and helpful young lady.

My wonderful place to go home!

Whenever I come to Hanoi, I want to stay here again and again. It was my second stay and he welcomed me back.
The location and cleanliness of the hotel, of course, goes without saying, but the hospitality of the staff is amazing, and I always feel safe.
I don't know everyone's name.
I was staying there from January 12th to 15th.
The doorboys during that period, they were all amazing.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Starting with Honey and Jasmin (sorry that only two people know his name)

He always had a smile and was always courteous in answering any questions.
