Fantastic!

Amazing value for this homestay! Hot à la carte breakfast cooked every morning for you included in price. This is a boutique-style homestay on a quiet street. We swam in the pool every morning. The adjacent restaurant (owned by the host’s sister) also serves fantastic fresh food. AC is good. Wifi cut out 1/7 nights but was otherwise fast. Pedal bicycles available at no charge. Lovely host family. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely

This place is just lovely! Owned by a very friendly family that makes you feel very welcomed. The room prices are very good, and the rooms are nice. This place has a nice garden where you have tasty breakfast every morning (veggie options available). They do laundry and you can use their bikes for free.
The location is good about 15 mins walk to the town centre and about 15mins by bike to the beach.
We were going to stay here for 3 night but extended for another 3, thats how much we liked it here.
P.S. dog friendly house, pets roam around freely
Over all would defiantly recommend.

Decent value, large room, property has character, upstairs rooms significantly nicer than ground floor ones

I booked a room on the ground floor.
The good things:
Room was spacious and clean.
Room had a small refrigerator.
Bed was large and mostly comfortable.
Property felt safe and secure.
Free bike rental for guests.
Good location and not too far from town if one has a bike.
Family garden area is nice. Places to sit down and enjoy.
Quiet at night.
Nice dimmable lamp in room along with bright light to choose from.
Needs improvement:
Limited communication with owners although check-in was simple.
Differences between rooms is significant. The lower ground room I was in was dark, VERY musty smelling and humid feeling.
Bedding and mattress comfort only acceptable.

Great place, clean and helpful staff

The homestay is very clean and well kept with a very good shower. The staff is thoughtful and helpful. Although a little far from Hoi An by walking, the homestay provides bicycles which is very thoughtful of them.

So so good

This is the most wonderful place. The family are just so lovely and caring, whilst the homestay is just awesome.
This isn't a homestay where you spend time with the family. More of a mini hotel really!
The balcony room might as well be a hotel room and it is super comfy and clean. The balcony is so nice in the sun.
The honestay is very calm and chilled. Not many people coming and going and there's a nice seating area outside where you eat your breakfast.
Breakfast is delicious. Banana pancakes everyday for me, so that's all I can vouch for. Proper coffee too, which is a great start to the day.
Location was nice for us. Short ride on the free bikes to the old town and a 10 minute cycle to Cua Dai beach. So it's in between the two which was perfect for us, as you don't want to spend all your time in the old time or all your time at the beach. You need a balance between the two when in Hoi An in my opinion!
Great homestay, delightful people, great price: ) Can't thank Thinh Phuc homestay family enough!!!
