Azerai Ke Ga Bay – a real insider tip
After a few days in Nha Trang – a lively, lively city with many events and a lot of hustle and bustle – we craved peace. This is exactly the oasis of relaxation we found at Azerai Ke Ga Bay.
This exceptional hotel is a real gem away from mass tourism. Even the walk to the nearby fishing village shows how original the region still is – the children wave to you friendly, because as a tourist you are more of a rarity here.
The complex itself is extremely well maintained, architecturally stylishly designed and exudes a soothing elegance. The General Manager is a very experienced hotelier, having worked at Park Hyatt Maldives as well as Longitude in Australia (Ayers Rock) – this professionalism can be felt throughout the hotel.
The resort has three spacious pools. Especially impressive is the beachfront pool overlooking the traditional fishing boats – a beautiful, almost meditative panorama.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. The quality of the food also convinced us – at a high level, fresh and tasteful.
During our stay, the hotel was only about 40% full. Nevertheless, every day the entire plant was prepared with great care: All the umbrellas were put up, the sunbeds were fitted with mattresses and neatly cleared away in the evening – a detail that underlines the value and ambition of the house.
There is a dreamlike tranquility here. You can hear the gentle sound of palm leaves in the wind and the diverse sounds of nature – an atmosphere that immediately slows down.
As Hyatt Globalists, we basically had no formal benefits at the hotel run under Mr & Mrs Smith, but we received a nice upgrade on request. Even the smallest room category offers a generous 61 m2 and a magnificent balcony – very comfortable.
For us, Azerai Ke Ga Bay is a real insider tip for anyone who appreciates peace, style and quality. If you are looking for party and entertainment, this is not the place to be.

A high-quality, relaxed hideaway with top food, strong service and great facilities, ideal for switching off,
We had an exceptionally relaxed stay at Azerai Ke Ga Bay, which felt almost private and familiar. The property is beautiful, very well maintained and thought out. The pool is a highlight (perfect for relaxing and taking photos) and the beach was practically empty with us. You really have peace.
Culinary top: Food comes fast, all dishes were consistently really delicious and super served. Regional and international cuisine is heavily implemented, there is also a vegetarian menu. Particularly positive: The team remembers preferences and allergies. The ingredients look high quality and local (fish from the bay). And the coconuts: undisclosedly the best we've ever had: consistently perfect every day.
Service details make all the difference: Room is prepared during breakfast/dinner, there is free drinking water everywhere (also at the pool is constantly refilled, minibar prices are fair. In addition, there was daily personal contact with the fabulous hotel manager Julian.
SPA & Gym are modern and beautiful, with sauna and steam bath.
Weekend yoga is inclusive and really invigorating with views of the water. In the evening you can play billiards or ping pong. In the nearby village is not very busy, but by bike you can explore well.
Even the sunsets are fantastic.
Special praise to Hang (reception) as well as Thao, Thuy, Thuong and Nhu (restaurant) and Thuy & Van (massage/spa).
They were really great and made the difference.
Only real improvement point: We would have liked to have talked more with the staff. They are extremely cordial, but English skills are sometimes limited. Overall, however: absolutely recommended if you are looking for peace, quality and good service.

Super nice hotel with clean, stylish design — quiet, quiet and beautiful. Fantastic, helpful staff and spacious, cosy rooms. Very good spa and a wonderful pool with views. The food was delicious and the cooking course both fun and educational. Everything was great.

- Rooms are kept very well clean and tidy
- Room size is great
- Equipment of the rooms is top
- Friendliness of staff is outstanding. Always responsive and helpful. A remark about the menu was taken seriously immediately and the next day the map was corrected. Great.
- Fantastic a la carte breakfast with a wide selection
- Lunch snacks and dinner are just as high quality and delicious
- the cocktails also taste good, but could still use a little decoration and presentation
- In total there are four pools
- during our stay there was little going on, which is why it was very quiet in the hotel. Really nice to relax

- Complimentary coffee and tea in the afternoon

- a lot of mosquitoes, even in the dry season, we killed dozens of mosquitoes in the room every evening and yet we woke up in the morning with a lot of mosquito bites. We had always closed the doors and windows, that was so bad and even the best repellent didn't help.
This gives the perfect stay a negative taste, we had it so bad in no other hotel on the south coast of Vietnam!

The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely designed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, overall the experience did not feel worth the price of 5 million VND, as the value did not fully match the cost.
