Last minute great find.

Came across this B&B as we approached Livingstone without having booked accommodation beforehand. It was highly rated so we took the chance. No regrets. We arrived late and still got to talk to Gloria herself. From the get go she was kind and welcoming. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage that had a large tab and good water pressure. The breakfast the next morning was also filling and good. Would definitely recommend.

The BEST place to stay in Livingstone!

Gloria, her family and staff are amazing!
We stayed at Gloria’s for 3 weeks, whilst visiting family and friends in Livingstone.
Approximately a 10 min walk from town, the supermarket, Livingstone Museum etc.
A very quiet and safe area, every time we walked into town everybody was extremely friendly, we definitely made friends along the way!
A perfect home from home experience.
The rooms are spotless, fresh bedding & towels every 2 days, TV, fridge, coffee, tea etc replenished daily.
Air conditioning and a fan which runs of solar in case of power cut.
Swimming pool and sun beds/ chairs if you feel like a dip.
Breakfast, if and when you want it, the girls couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating.
Washing done at a great price.
I really have nothing but praise for Gloria and all her staff.
We will definitely be back when we are visiting again. Thank you guys ☺️

Fantastic stay in new self-catering houses

We had a great stay at Gloria's new self-catering houses that she's opened just adjacent to the main property. These are clean, comfortable, in a quiet location and very well situated for exploring both the town and the wider area down to the Falls. Gloria was always available and she and her team were super responsive and helpful when we had requests.

It was nice to stay in an environment I can call a second home! The grounds were clean, the room was perfect. All was clean. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at a very nice property like this one. It is close to all the amenities, restaurants, etc. The prices are also excellent. Gloria has a nice team and manages the property well.
