OverPriced

Checked in room 58. The rooms are tiny. No hand-wash in the bathroom. Insects and cockroaches are free residents at this hotel. I was bitten and swollen . For the price you get charged it is day time robbery. The location is good but would rather avoid this Cockroach infested Cargo 88.

Poor customer service

The location is great and some staff are polite. The building looks great and novel however it is very basic and functional. Our room had a smell of sewage and we had to stay in 2 separate rooms and be split from our children. Customer service around this situation was extremely poor. We were shown no empathy or compassion by staff. We were eventually given an upgrade for our final night to a family room with a balcony. This meant we had to wait around for over 3 hours, till they sorted out the room. When we complained, management apologised but felt we had been compensated enough! I have a husband with epilepsy and 2 children with special needs so the whole situation was extremely stressful. If you are looking for a functional accommodation with a great location, this is the place. Rating this hotel at 3 stars would be generous. We expected more as we were told this was a 4 star accommodation.

Rooms are good, but unfortunately this trip was terrible, due to the staff and no managers available to sort out any problems that we had especially in the restaurant and bar area
