Great staff, great stay

Staff member Primrose was absolutely excellent, very well presented and mega efficient when there were over 50 people to deal with. She will go far in the hospitality industry! She made our stay great.
Mona Lisa was very polite and well mannered too.
The reception was manned by a staff member ? And she was very good welcoming to the guests again the customer service was excellent.
Although the hotel is a little dated and in need of refurbishment this was made up by the wonderful staff and excellent customer service.
