Excellent stay July 2026,

Excellent stay on my first return after a long time. Very clean hotel, high attention to detail in room cleanliness as well as great hospitality from the Team at Reception. Thank you Mr Kumbirai Mutigwa for leading the team from the front. Great atmosphere in the hotel and that can only be attributed to good leadership.

They can do better !

Cold shower and Elevator malfunction because of no backup after electrical failure.
Restaurant staff waiting period unacceptable. We waited for more than 2 hours sitting in the restaurant for food with international visitors before we were served.
TV channels can be better too.
