Welcoming Home Away From Home

Cozy and laidback bed and breakfast, with a pool and al fresco lounge. My family of 4 (including a 10 and 14yo) enjoyed our stay here for 5 nights. We were in the main building 1 night and 4 nights in the South Africa family room. Breakfast was made to order and served at the deck in the front of the house. Rooms were clean, and we were able to walk 15 minutes to the main Victoria Falls town. Emelia and her team were so welcoming and helpful. She even arranged for massage and atv services for us. Definite recommend and would stay here again.

African Charm not to be missed !

Lovely rustic African charm - no frills but very quaint and a great place to get a taste of Africa. The staff is excellent and very helpful, smiling and always around. Very well located and the terrace is a fantastic place to do a lovely breakfast or an evening coffee-

Fabulous inn on the edge of the natural wilderness!

The Drift Inn was everything we could have asked for! Lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, a delightful open-air lounge (very much like a veranda) next to the pool that is well-stocked with a fine assortment of beer, wine and spirits, and a charming breakfast room with indoor and outdoor seating options.
The breakfasts were 'cooked to order' - eggs, bacon, etc - or you could select fresh fruit, yogurt, and other items from the buffet. All included in the price of the room.
The Inn is located on the edge of the natural wilderness, so don't be surprized to see elephants, impala, and other animals right outside the gate. You can definitely hear them at night, but you are totally safe as the Inn is completely enclosed by walls.
There is no restaurant on-site, but next door is the Victorian Manor serving delicious meals. The menu is seasonal and prepared to order and can include such items as quail, crocodile, and warthog! Less adventurous diners will appreciate the pasta and poultry offerings.
The staff members were all very friendly and so helpful. Always ready to help us with taxis, laundry or whatever else we might need.
We were absolutely delighted with the Drift Inn!

Great hotel and service, extremely accommodating

Drift Inn was an amazing place to stay. I caught the flu while I was traveling a few days before I arrived in Vic Falls and fell ill while staying at Drift Inn (it was not their fault, I got the flu from a wedding I was attending). They were amazing about taking care of me while I was ill, helping me get care at the local hospital, taking great care of my food & drink needs while I was bedbound, and even helping me extend my stay by booking with a sister location. I would highly recommend Drift Inn because of the extremely gracious and caring staff in addition to the well-appointed rooms and excellent location.

Superb hotel.

Hotel where they still know what it means to welcome guests!
First of all, the staff is pleasant, helpful, and always concerned about our well-being.
The room is clean and well-maintained.
It has everything one might need.
There is a reasonably sized pool with a shower nearby.
The bar is pleasant and fairly well-stocked at a reasonable price.
The breakfast is hearty and fresh.
There is the option to have a light meal on-site or dine at the hotel next door.
